You can use the themes/plugins you purchased legally, non-exclusively, and long-term worldwide.
After-sales Consultation Service
You can contact us through online customer service (order number required) or by submitting a support ticket.
Scope of Service
Application consultation and answers, regular maintenance and updates for applications, bug fixes. Does not include any text, image, logo, feature or style additions/modifications/deletions, does not include any services unrelated to the application itself, does not provide tutorials for beautification/modification/deletion, and does not provide third-party plugin compatibility/beautification.
After-sales Work Hours
Monday to Friday 9:00-17:00. For weekends and legal holidays, you can submit a support ticket to contact us. We will provide service online from time to time, but the waiting time may be longer.
After-sales Service Description
After-sales service is only provided to users who place orders directly through the application center. Users who purchase through other channels (such as代购, third-party website building companies, or non-account holders) cannot receive after-sales support.
