Frequent downloads of the same app by the same account in a short period may result in a temporary ban by the App Center.

Solution: Try again after midnight on the same day. Logging in with the same account on multiple websites is the most common trigger. It is recommended to use multiple accounts to purchase apps when there are many websites.
